              This is (TEAM PROTECH); we would like you to know how grateful we are as you become part of our Wired internet services.
This is our agreement!

We can cancel our service immediately if any of the following happens:

• All services are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that the Service is fault free or fit for any particular purpose, or that our system is secure. You assume all responsibility and risk for use of the Service. You are responsible on all the hardware that has been used to install the internet (router, LAN cable). We are not replacing any gadgets that have physical damage upon checking by our maintenance team.
• Service is available to your unit only when it is within the range of your Wireless LAN.
• We reserve the right to immediately and without notice, suspend your access to the Service if we suspect that you are transmitting a virus or any form of malware through our channels.
• You do not use the Service for anything unlawful, immoral, or improper. You agree not to resell or re-broadcast any aspect of the Service, whether for profit or otherwise.
• You accept that your entitlement to use the Service is for Personal Use only and that you shall not be entitled to transfer your entitlement to any other person or allow any other person to make use of the Service or of any username or password.
• The Internet service provided is strictly for Personal Usage only. The company may immediately terminate the connection if the service is used for sharing networks or for profitable purposes (e.g., piso WiFi, hotspot or Computershop).
• Internet services may sometimes be interrupted or unavailable due to downtime, maintenance issues by PLDT (ISP), or power outages. Rest assured that we are monitoring our Internet services at all times.
Delayed payment after the specific due date (or at least five (7) days grace period) will result in immediate automatic system disconnection. If not settled, modem/devices will be pulled out from the subscriber. All balances must be settled to restore internet connection.
• All company-owned equipment such as routers must be returned upon disconnection of service.
Fiber Optic Cable (FOC): In case of fiber break, restoration may take 2 to 3 days depending on the situation.
Modem/Router Reset Policy: Resetting the modem or router is strictly prohibited without prior notice and approval from the company. Any unauthorized reset will result in a service charge of Two Hundred Pesos (?200.00) for reconfiguration and technical support.

Reconnection and Relocation Fees: In the event that the service is disconnected due to non-payment, violation of company policies, or any other valid reason, a reconnection fee shall apply prior to the restoration of service. Additionally, if the subscriber requests or requires the relocation or transfer of service to another location, a relocation fee may be charged, subject to technical feasibility and assessment by the company. All applicable fees must be fully settled before any reconnection or relocation work is performed.

Notice: Delayed payment after the due date for at least five (5) days will cause immediate disconnection.
